Booking Information

Dogs must have been vaccinated/boosted against Kennel Cough, Distemper, Hepetitus, Leptospirosis and Parvo Virus. You must produce a current certificate confirming vaccination when you bring your dog to us! Dogs without supporting vaccination certificates cannot be accepted for boarding.

Cats must have been vaccinated/boosted against Feline Enteritis and Feline Influenza.You must produce a current certificate confirming vaccination when you bring your cat to us! Cat without supporting vaccination certificates cannot be accepted for boarding.

To confirm booking you must forward a deposit seven to fourteen days prior to reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is unfulfilled.

Boarding fee balances must be cleared upon collection of your dog or cat.

Cheques must be made payable to Orchard Kennels. We accept Cheque, Visa, Maestro, Electron and Cash.

You can only deliver/collect your pet between the times of:

9.00am - 12.00pm and 3.30pm - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

On Sundays we are open from 10.00am - 12.00pm.

We are closed for all Bank Holidays.

As mentioned in the Medical Care section, if you pet has not been vaccinated and there are no supporting certificates you will be refused boarding.

Our boarding terms are based on daily rates and not per night.
