Vaccination Information

Dogs must have been vaccinated/boosted against Kennel Cough, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvo Virus. You must produce a current certificate confirming vaccination when you bring your dog to us! Dogs without supporting vaccination certificates cannot be accepted for boarding.

Cats must have been vaccinated/boosted against Feline Enteritis and Feline Influenza. You must produce a current certificate confirming vaccination when you bring your cat to us! Cat without supporting vaccination certificates cannot be accepted for boarding.

Whilst every possible care is taken and attention is paid to ensure the health and safety of all animals boarded, we cannot be held responsible for loss from illness or any other cause.

In the event of illness, if we are of the opinion that your animal requires veterinary treatment we will ensure that the animal is taken to it's designated vet for the necessary treatment.

If an animal becomes sick during their stay with us, they will be transferred to our isolation unit facility to minimise the risk of spreading illness or infection. We provide isolation units for both dogs and cats.
